Parents are requested to go through their wards school diary regularly and sign the teacher’s remarks, if any.
PTA meetings should be regularly attended to discuss the performance and progress of the child.
For the best result parents must motivate and support their child.
Parents are not permitted to meet teachers during school hours. In special cases, parents may be allowed to meet the teacher with prior permission from the principal.
Parents are also requested to ensure that their wards do not bring any gift items in the school.
Students are not permitted to wear any jewellery to school (e.g. chains, rings, bangles, bracelets etc.) Girls may wear one pair of small earrings or studs.
The school is not responsible for goods lost. Therefore, it is not advisable to bring valuable articles like expensive watches, fountain pens, gold or silver ornaments, friendship bands, any other fads or too much money. Students are also advised not to leave any of the above in the class room.
Mobile phones, i-Pods, MP3 Players, Pen drives etc. are strictly forbidden in the school campus. Parents must ensure that their wards do not bring mobile phones to school. If you ward is found carrying a mobile phone etc. the same will be confiscated and will not be returned. In case of emergency, a student may approach the school office to speak to his/her parent with a permission from the class teacher.
Encourage your ward o take a stable interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
Refrain from giving regular pocket money to your ward. Encourage healthy breakfast and give home cooked food in your wards tiffin and regulate their sleeping hours to at least 8 hours a day.
Parents should use the “Leave Record” form in the diary when applying for leave or explaining the absence of their children.
Change in the address or telephone number of parents or guardians must be intimated to the school in writing and without delay. When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to mention in their letter the Class, Section of their child.
Parents are expected to follow strictly the school timings in dropping and pickup.
Parents must watch and guide their children’s studies at home. They need constant attention and encouragement to enable them to improve their performance.
Parents must attend to the personal hygiene and cleanliness of their child. Please see that they wear clean and proper uniform.
Students shall be modest in their appearance. Wearing of ornaments, nail polish, mehendi, wrist bands, fancy items, expensive watches, etc. are discouraged.
Send your child to the school every day except for health reasons.
Any electronic device that can be used for communication/photography/ Recording is strictly forbidden.
Celebration of birthday parties are not permitted in the school.
